Final Paper

The final paper for the course will be an evaluation design reflected in an inception report on the evaluation of the program or project of your choice. It can be a program or project on which you have worked, or one about which you would like to learn. The paper should consist of an evaluation design including objectives, outcomes, performance measures, data sources, data collection methods, a timetable and a rough indication of cost. (This should use the format of an inception report, including the logical framework for the project or program. The inception report model is that used by UNODC.
